There are regular flights from New Delhi (India) and Jammu to Srinagar Airport. Various domestic airlines operate from both Jammu and Delhi, which include Indian Airlines, Jet Airways, Kingfisher, Air Deccan, Jetlite, Spice Jet, Go Air.
Rail Services in Kashmir
From Delhi you can travel by rail upto Jammu only. From Jammu onwards you have to opt for Air or Road transport. There is regular Bus and car service to Srinagar from Jammu.

There is a regular AC and Non-AC Bus Service from Delhi to Srinagar and Jammu to Srinagar.
